Comprehensive planning, urban design, and BIM support for the City of Tucker, addressing residential neighborhoods, commercial corridors, mixed-use developments, and public spaces. Includes existing conditions assessment, land use analysis, redevelopment opportunity mapping, and feasibility studies to guide sustainable growth and community development.
Development of streetscape, pedestrian, and multimodal mobility concepts, integrating sidewalks, bike facilities, transit access, and green infrastructure to create connected, safe, and walkable communities. Planning also includes parks, recreation areas, and open space enhancements to support community well-being and vibrant commercial districts.
