Scope of Work – City of Fairburn Master Plan
Comprehensive master planning, urban design, and BIM support for the City of Fairburn, addressing residential neighborhoods, commercial centers, civic spaces, and public realm improvements. Includes existing conditions analysis, land use and demographic assessments, redevelopment opportunity mapping, and feasibility studies to guide long-term growth and community development.
Development of streetscape, pedestrian, and multimodal mobility concepts, integrating sidewalks, bike lanes, transit access, and green infrastructure to create safe, walkable, and connected communities. Planning also addresses parks, open spaces, and recreation facilities to enhance quality of life for residents and support vibrant commercial corridors.
